Can I introduce some semblance of sense into this posting, please? Presumably, you are commenting on the greetings you receive from the Aussie passers by and your colleagues at the agency in Melbourne, don't worry about it, its an Aussie thing.
How was the traffic on Collins Street today (Tuesday)? The Herald Sun had a picture of a car jammed between the wall of a building and a safety barrier (traffic bollard), presumably where it had been pushed by a tram which the car had derailed! The article commented on the ensuing hour and a half traffic jam on Collins Street.
Also, I have found a Melbourne virtual tour website which you can go for a walk round the centre, I have stopped it at the junction of Collins Street and Elizabeth Street, which corner of the road junction are your offices at, is it the ordinary looking building with the square corners, the fancy looking building (brick?), the one with the concave curved upper facade, or the one with the round corner? One of the pictures shows a modern looking tram going down Collins Street, wow! XX
it's the south west corner of elizabeth and collins. 303 collin street, to be exact. haven't really paid much attention to what it looks like, as it's normally too early for me when i'm there. there's a bendigo bank on the corner and a small outdoor coffee place just outside the doors. the doors are all glass. it's def not brick. god. shall have to pay more attention.
